Volunteer role – Organisation & Exhibitor Coordination (m/f/d)

Would you like to get involved in Kaiserswerth and actively contribute to life in the district?
Then we would be delighted to have your support behind the scenes of our events.

For formats such as the Kaiserfest, we are looking for a reliable person to take on organisation and coordination and keep an overview.

Your tasks

• Coordinating and looking after our exhibitors
• Communication regarding registrations and stall pitches
• Organisation and coordination in the run-up to events
• Close cooperation with the board
• Supporting organisational processes behind the scenes
